Clarence Matheny Ministries  established and operates the CMM Leadership Training Center in Nairobi, Kenya.  The Center impacts hundreds of pastors and church leaders with seminars and training in sound Godly principles.
 
Young people in many of the schools, colleges and universities in the Nairobi Province of Kenya and surrounding areas are ministered to.  Lives are changed through salvation, healing, deliverance and baptism of the Holy Spirit.
 
For many East and Central African pastors and church leaders, the training they receive at the Clarence Matheny Ministries Leadership Training Conferences is all the resource they have. 
 
Many pastor congregations of 20-300+ people  with little or no training; and must travel several days for training and resources such as Bibles and teaching materials for their churches.

They come from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo and Ethiopia. Tremendous reports continue to stream in concerning the impact of conferences attended by these Pastors and Church Leaders.
 
This is the vision and desire of Clarence Matheny Ministries. The VISION must increase every year,  to see the Christian leaders in our generation equipped with life changing tools that enable them to reach their communities for Christ.
