Africa

Pinyin presentation from Morning Service of January
29th, 2006!
Covenant Community Church has always
been a church with a heart for missions. In the last
three years that heart's desire has began to transform
into a vision to spreading the fame of God to an unreached
people group.
The
Missions Task Force proposes that Covenant Community
Church adopt the Pinyin who live in Cameroon, a West
Africa nation. The Pinyin are a people group numbering
about 27,000 (the size of Central itself). Some Scripture
is available to them but in a language either foreign
or second to them.
More
Information about the Pinyin is available here, and
more will be posted as we progress further in this
endeavor. Please prayerfully consider these materials
and the Lord's direction regarding the Pinyin people.
At
our annual membership meeting scheduled on January
29, 2006 at 6:00 PM, we will have as part of our agenda
affirming God's calling us to the work of helping
to reach the Pinyin.
